Glad to know that something is being done about the deplorable road condition from Sison proper to Rosario. Good job! By the way, how is the traffic condition? Any alternative route to take in going to Baguio?

Being one of the residents of Region 1, I learned to love Pangasinan, because of its economic progress, but its so sad to know that behind those big income due to taxes, how come there are still towns in pangasinan, who do not have their own MARKET?..towns who doesn't treat municipal employees equally? in means of benefits?...To whom it may concern and to the one who really have the heart do some action on it..feel the true meaning of Christmas in your hearts!! GOD BLESS decode:)

My response to the query re MARKET in Sison... Then mayor, Dionisio Lagmay, built a marketplace in Paldit during his term but it was a flop. Again, during the term of Kimi Cojuangco as mayor, now 5th district Representative, She invited a lot of super mall owners to come and invest in Sison. Several feasible studies were made by different super mall owners where the Shoe Mart is one and all concluded that the town of Sison is not fit for MARKETPLACE at the moment. However, Rep. Kimi Cojuangco during her term as mayor defied the studies in response to the people's request so she built the Yellow Nipa Hut, continuously advertised for its use to the media and the constituents for patronage. Out of personal funds, she sponsored several activities to be held at the place so that people will be accustomed. IT WAS A FLOP. The current municipal officials would probably be more than willing if somebody could invite one to invest for marketplace in Sison. For the information of everyone, the satellite market in front of the Senior Citizens building is currently on the rise to cater the basic needs of the people nearby. Please tell that employee to file a case to the proper authorities if he is not compensated fairly.

May I just ask about the search for the Ten Outstanding Sisonians 2011? What really are the criteria? Is it exclusively for government employees or retirees of Sison? What about the Sisonians who work outside but proudly carries the name of municipality? Don't we give credit to those who are doing their very best in uplifting also our beloved Sison? May i be clarified on these matters please. Thanks

Hello! Good day to all! I would just like to comment on the Wifi built on our barangay(labayug). Only Labayug National High School can use it because the signal reaches their school and they put up a password. Was this the true intended reason on why the wifi was built? Can't the WHOLE barangay use it? Madami po ang nangangaylangan ng internet connection dito sa aming barangay. Was the wifi signal merely built for the high school? How about po the elementary section? Or was it built for the entire barangay? If yes, the barangay can't use it. Thank you and hope to hear a reply from you soon.

Tanong lang po. A wifi connection was built on our barangay labayug on the area taken by Labayug National High School. Was this built for the high school only? or the entire barangay? Only the high school staff/students can use it po because it only reaches their area and they put a password on it. Thank you and God bless. Hope to hear from you soon!

Its nice to know that McArthur Hi-way is undergoing a major repair. The last time we've visited our hometown Sison, I've noticed the condition of the road that is really not in good condition and is prone to accidents. Congratulations to the efforts made by all concerned LGU representatives and congresswoman Kimi Cojuanco.

What I love about Sison is its fee wi-fi! Its very helpful especially to those students who can't afford to go to computer shops and to the majority who cant afford internet access!WiFi bring with it all of the good things in life — fun, entertainment, titillation and more . I usually take pride of this "Sison wifi" to my office mates and they are like "Wow how come our municipality doesn't have that" hehehehe This is one of the best an official had ever done to a community ! kudos

Hon. Mina Joy C. Pangasinan Mayor Municipality of Sison Dear Mayor Mina Joy C. Pangasinan, Allow me to introduce myself, I am an Architect/Design Consultant/Financial Consultant and I design or package world-class projects for LGUs. I was a scholar in UP Diliman, graduated top of the class in UP College of Architecture batch 81. I work abroad for so long with British and American Design Consultants using cutting edge CAD software for designing. Eventually I went back home and formed my architectural firm, ArkiCAD Architectural Design here in Philippines. There are only a handful of architects like me here in the Philippines trained abroad to design directly on computers armed with digital solutions in Architecture and a global design experience to match. While Architects with local experience design manually, I design in 3D using the latest CAD designer softwares making my designs fresh and original unlike something you have seen before. I can design fast enough to do an animation presentation given a week's time regardless of scale and scope of the project. Please allow me also to offer my services in designing for your projects. My designs take off from my world-class experience abroad, that is why they are sustainable, green, high tech, extraordinary, classy, avant-garde and suitably designed for local conditions. I also specialize in Hospital design, City Halls, Sports Stadium, Convention Centers, Transport Terminals, Public Markets, mix use development projects, malls with condominiums, office buildings, mass housing and other LGU projects. Right now I am working with Governor Bojie Dy for projects I designed in Isabela namely: 1. Isabela Skypark 2. Gov. Faustino Dy Sports/ Convention Center 3. Gov. Faustino Dy Provincial Hospital 4. Isabela District Hospitals 5. COMELEC / Cooperative Building 6. Provincial Engineering Building Recently I designed the Mulanay Municipal Hall, Market and Transport Terminal. I also designed the Calbayog City Convention Center, Calbayog Public Market and Transport Terminal Center for Congressman Senen Sarmiento, among other LGU projects. I am also a design consultant of New San Jose Builders having expertise in mixed-use developments like malls and condominiums. I designed their Victoria Towers at Timog corner Panay and Victoria Station at GMA MRT EDSA. Houses I designed have been featured in Urban Zone, Manila Bulletin and other magazines. I hope and pray that you will find time to give me a chance to share my global design experience in your forthcoming projects. With your vision and support, I am hopeful for a successful and fruitful relationship that will bring out world-class projects for the Filipino people and your constituents. Yours truly, Architect Hermenegildo C. Mercado ArkiCAD Architectural Designs 88-5 Scout Castor Street, Brgy.
