I am writing this as a reaction to the message that was posted by Kelly Decourcy and Gloria Echave Baumgartner,I understand the point of Gloria,what I don't get is Kelly's basis on why he suggested that our townmates,the sisonians in the US are showoffs,C'mon Kelly,don't be so negative and can we just avoid saying strong language if we cannot prove it.Like you said that"you are talking so much and you need to act as well"very true indeed and if you want to do something for our town just do it without saying things which infuriates our townmates who are also doing their best as Sisonians.Remember we are all from Sison so please let us be nice,honest and cooperate with each other not by bitching without basis,and making accusations about our townmates.On the other hand I would just like to commend our mayor again for trying to expose Sison on the National television which I'm sure the youths of Sison are really enjoying.Lastly,I just want to say my nabara nga pakumostakadakayo amin nga Sisonians,those at home and to all those Sisonians away from home.

This is in answer to "Kelly Decourcy"'s fury to the Sisonians of America.What did we ever do to infuriate you? The only "show off" we know we exhibited was our pride and appreciation for having Mayor Kimi attend our annual dinner dance and picnic in San Diego! And how did you know that we are not helping Sison? Did you know that the Mrs. Sisonian of 2008, Dr. Elvie Laureta Arranz will volunteer her time and dental service to Sisonians for free? And a long time member,Mrs. Cres Basilio Whiteside, a former teacher in Esperanza,is sending teaching standards to the teachers there? And my husband who is not even from Sison is packing a balikbayan box full of music books and sports books, some medical books from my career job, and some from my brother Delfin's book collection? And do you even know that we are closely following the Sisonian Idol competition? We have been supporting and motivating the contestants so they will deserve to be looked up to by our Sison youth.
And, exactly what do you mean by "too much politics"? Please cite some examples before you start making ridiculous accusations.

Sison Library,needs help from people abroad to donate used books to our poor library,i was one of those kids who used public library when i was still in the phils. im so thankful to the librarian " Mrs. Manangan???" if im not mistaken. that was ages ago,she always have the good smile and lending hand. im proud to say that books in that library were very helpful. i may not be one of the best student but ive become a man with worth on my chosen career and im proud to be a Sisonian. I was furious about the Sisonian of america, they merely shows off, come on guys be real and not reel. Help our relatives back home with books we kept filed in our garage or shelves not being used, send it home and it can be useful for them, isnt??? and pleas be optimistic, everyone wants to be leader. too much politics, too many chiefs,huh. just help and reach out please. many thanks. cheers to all sisonian of the world. i think im talking so much, need to act as well. hehehe

It's been a long time since I went to the town proper of sison as I am from one of the remote barangays although its quite accessible and Wow,based from what I read and see in the website it's like Sison is reborn or rather woken up from its longggg and heavy slumber and it is because of someone who may not be an original sisonian but is thousand times more of a sisonian in heart and spirit and I my townmate is talking about our very own Lady Mayor who is doing all these works done and FAST,well Mayor I am very pleased and proud to say that you are the one that Sison needs and we are very grateful to you for your unending vision for Sison and really doing the job as fast as it could be done,Again,may you continue your good plans about our town and I'm also proud to say Maam that tayo po ay parehong taga Labayug.I am browsing the comments and there is one particular individual who seems to be questioning this and that,it's a pity he can't see the positive and reality that you only wanted to make our town as good as you can and you have no underlying or vested interest in doing such because sa totoo lang you can just stay in your own circle and do nothing but you choose to serve Sison and do all the best you can and sometimes you might be using your own resources to which we are so thankful.So I hope Madam Mayor that you go on doing the projects you think is for the good of the community and ignore the gripes of 1 disgruntled individual.So to all Sisonians,ask ourselves,how many years did our past politicians stayed as our town executive,can you pinpoint a project done really well,I'm scouring my memory but I only think of the unfinished Public Market along the hi way.On the other hand let me just greet you all sisonians a good day and more Power to you Madam Mayor.
