Sison Mayor, Hon. Kimi S. Cojuangco was represented by her executive assistant, Mr. Inocencio G. Carganilla, during the distribution of basic school supplies that included backpacks, raincoats, and slippers to the many school children in Inmanduyan Elementary School, Laoac, Pangasinan on August 21, 2009.

In his speech, he lauded the munificence put forth by the officers and members of the Laoac Association of Northern California (LANORCA) in the United States of America, headed by Mr. Tito Amasol, President; and Ms. Marcelina Rebugio, Vice President; and all the people behind the distribution activity.
In wrapping up his discourse, he let slip of the many accomplishments that Mayor Kimi had done in easing out the numerous difficulties and deficiencies that plagued the public schools of Sison; that in the initiation seemed unattainable and impossible to provide. “Imbag la ketdin ta adda mayor mi a saan laeng a napintas, managtulong pay!” (It’s fortunate that we have a mayor who is only not a beauty but also supportive) Mr. Carganilla said.
